Third application: PENDING

This planning application was submitted in October 2021 and is for:
“Erection of 2 x four-bed dwellinghouses (Use Class C3). Provision of amenity space, car parking, and bin stores. Associated landscaping, boundary treatments and ancillary works”


Second application: REFUSED (and appeal DISMISSED)

On 12 December 2017 the second planning application was refused. This was for:
“Erection of 2 x 3-bed and 2 x 4-bed dwellinghouses (Use Class C3)”.

On 30 August 2018 the applicant launched an appeal against this decision to the Planning Inspectorate, and this was dismissed on 21 December 2018:
